Your new company is a leading provider of Children?s Residential
services, across Ireland. With services across Meath, Louth and
Monaghan, and growth plans in place for the coming years, your new
company is looking for a Home Manager for their Monaghan service.
YOUR NEW ROLE
As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient, effective
day to day management of the specified locations and the creation of
an atmosphere conducive to the best interests of the client?s and
staff. You will monitor and audit the delivery of care so as to
establish that professional standards are being met, while also,
assisting the Senior Management team, in regard to compiling and
presenting reports as required
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
In order to succeed in your new role, you will hold a relevant Level 8
Social Care degree. In addition to this you will have recent and
relevant experience working in the children's residential sector, as
well as previous supervisory or management experience. You will have
the ability to manage budget and delivery of service excellence, and a
full clean driving licence with access to a car.
